Refund policy
We accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. If you receive an item that you did not order or is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@thesanctuarywellness.com within 72 hours with details of the product and the defect. Your email must include your order number, a photo of what you received, and the tracking number for the returned item (or the tracking number must be sent shortly after in a follow up email). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
